These slots are periods devoted to programmes being made by young adults in our community. Typically these will be students who are "having a go" at broadcasting as part of their studies or are evaluating Radio as a possible future career. Some shows are pre-recorded; others are live-to-air.
Tune in and listen to our younger community present their own talk and music shows! What you hear is all their own work.
The schedule below lists the programmes currently scheduled in YOUTH ZONE. Sometimes these will take a short break due to school commitments such as exams, trips-away etc (and school holidays).

also "UPLOAD!" (50mins) on Tuesday evenings 9pm-10pm and repeated Friday evenings 10pm-11pm,
and "TE PUUTAKE" (1hr) on Friday evenings 11pm-midnight (showcasing Maori & Pacific Island talent).
These programmes feature music being made by up-and-coming or well-known artists in our part of the world.
