ADAM'S THEME SHOWS made its debut in August 2005, and is still going strong. Each show is comprised of pop music from the 1950s to the 1980s, with the songs carefully chosen so as to have titles and lyrics which fit with a selected theme.

For example, if the theme was 'DREAMING', you might hear favourites such as "All I Have To Do Is Dream" by the Everly Brothers, "Dreamer" by Supertramp, "If I Can Dream" by Elvis Presley, and similar.

Each Theme Show is sponsored by a successful Hawke's Bay business, and I would like to take this opportunity of thanking all past and present sponsors. If it were not for your support - plus that of my family, friends and all my Radio Kidnappers colleagues - the Theme Shows would not exist.

I welcome and encourage any other businesses to also support the Theme Shows. If you have a business - large or small - and would like it promoted extensively, you will find the rate of $25 (GST-incl) per half-hour extremely cost-effective. For that minimal outlay, your business will be promoted upwards of 4-5 times during the half-hour - excellent value! Even better, if you decide to sponsor a full hour, a discounted charge applies ($40, GST-incl) and you receive even more promotion!

I also host BREAKFAST WITH ADAM on Monday mornings, starting at - believe it or not - 4:30am! On the show I play pop music from the 1950s to the 1970s in the 4:30am-7:00am segment, and from 7:00am-9:00am the music is exclusively from the glamorous 1980s.
