EXERCISING ON AIR is a 30-minute seated-exercise programme that you can hear weekly on Radio Kidnappers (day and time as above).
This is delivered by Eana Young, who is a qualified Fitness Professional from Sport Hawke's Bay. With a passion to help people achieve ongoing health and fitness goals, Eana is able to provide a programme that is suitable for people of all activity levels.
Exercises combine the use of upper and lower body movements to assist with strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, coordination ... and not forgetting lots of fun.
As Eana says in each show, "the aim of the programme is to use it, or lose it", and this encapsulates the theme and rationale behind EXERCISING ON AIR.
