My show started in December 2003, and is a mixture of Family Chat and things we have been doing over the past week, coupled with some real-estate comment - particularly the Open Homes I will be conducting that coming weekend - all interspersed with music. I usually play a brass band or pipe band as the opening segment, followed by an opera excerpt, and finishing with a classical piece of some description. I have a listener at Te Hauke who particularly likes the pipes and drums pieces!

I called my programme "It's Patrick's Pleasure" which is my real-estate byline. The purpose of the programme is to assist me to promote the properties I have been entrusted to market, and occasionally I publicise my colleagues' properties as well.

I enjoy doing the programme because it is fun and I enjoy it, and I get great support from Radio Kidnappers management and technical staff.
