David Brown Carr reports on the 68th Eurovision Song Contest being held in Malmo, Sweden, this month, with the grand finale scheduled for Sunday 12th May, beginning at 7.0 am NZ time.
David is dedicating this month’s show to just some of his favourite Eurovision entrants from smaller, less appreciated countries who’ve never or hardly ever won the contest, but who’ve still managed to give us some very memorable music.
He will also make a few guesses, ahead of the finals, about who might win Eurovision 2024, and explain how you too can watch the contest, live or later.
So join him after the 2 pm news and weather on Mondays, or Saturdays after the 1.00 am news and weather. And check out more information about the contest at the official website, www.eurovision.tv. All of this year’s entries can now be viewed there or at Eurovision’s official website on YouTube.
